Once you pick up your order from Garden Works you are stating that you are happy with your plants. If you are unhappy with the plant that was pulled for you, you may exchange it, at the time of pickup, for another of the same plant. You may refuse the plant at the time of purchase, but you will have to sign a form and we will cancel your order and process your return within 12 business hours. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a plant return due to failing health.
Garden Works guarantees that we offer healthy plants that have received our diligent, professional care and maintenance. We also offer our expert advice on planting and care instructions with any purchase. We do not, however, have the ability to guarantee the weather, plant predators, airborne plant diseases, soil and location that it is planted, or the care it receives that is needed to ensure that the plant will survive.
